All carbon fiber wrapped tanks has a life span of 15 years and that is it. It is out of hydro right now and needs to be hydro’ed. If you do your own fills like I do, you can fill it yourself. But a field or local store will not fill it. The small mark on the tank is a scratch on the tank but it will not effect the tank passing hydro. Fiber wrapped or carbon fiber nitrogen tanks: fiber wrapped/carbon fiber cylinders must be recertified every 3 or 5 years depending upon the specific d.o.t.
